Saturday Essentials of Qi Gong and Taoist Practices Workshop

This workshop is split into 2 sections and 2 options of study decided at the beginning of term.
- 2 - 4pm Foundational Classes
- The first 2 hours of the workshop introduces the foundational material for beginners and revision of basics for regulars. It includes:
- - Shen Qi: Talks on the approach, training and study of Taoist Life Practice, Health and Healing
- - Qi Gong: Principles and stances of still and moving forms
- - Nei Gong: Internal Arts Meditation and introduction to Internal Alchemy Meditation
- 2 - 6pm Intensive Workshops
- This is a comprehensive tuition of the more complete training curriculum. It is for students wishing to explore more fully and deeply the myriad different aspects of practice and learn how integrate all into a fully realised practice. It includes in-depth study of Qi Gong forms and Nei Gong Internal arts Training. It incorporates:
- - Tendon Stretching and Marrow Washing
- - Ironshirt: Development of stamina
- - Solo Cultivation: Cultivation of Internal Alchemy
- 4 - 4.30 pm Break and Informal Tutorial
- We have a kitchenette facility at the Church and over herbal teas, cakes, fruit, chocolates (a pot luck of everybody’s contribution) there is time for a chat, practice questions, catch up or a bit of quiet reflection time.

- Private Tuition with Nilima
- £55 for an hour-and-a-half subject to availability, thereafter £18 for every half hour.
- Cancellation Policy for Private Sessions
- If cancelling more than 48 hours before the session, nothing is payable.
- If cancelling 24 – 48 hours before the session, half session fees are payable.
- If cancelling less than 24 hours before the session, the full session fee is payable.
